1. License Grant
By downloading, purchasing, or using Hangbuddy ("the Software"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on personal Mac computers owned or controlled by you for personal or internal business purposes.
2. Payment & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who handles customer order inquiries and returns. Payments are subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Hangbuddy with a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@hangbuddy.app or reviewing our Refund Policy.
4. User Content & Custom Artwork
Hangbuddy allows you to import custom PNG images to use as desktop companions. You retain all intellectual property rights to any custom artwork you import. You agree not to import or display content that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates applicable laws.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software, in whole or in part, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Hangbuddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Hangbuddy or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
