How to request a refund

Email support@hangbuddy.app from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt, within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number or licence key so we can find it quickly. There’s no form to fill out and nothing to justify.

What happens next

We process refunds through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing as the merchant of record. The refund goes back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, but the request itself is handled promptly. Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key is deactivated.
